We're researching how transparency and health-literacy design can help people understand symptoms and prepare better questions for care teams. This is a work in progress and not for clinical use.

This project develops a transparent, non-diagnostic computational tool to help individuals better understand when symptoms may warrant medical evaluation. By improving clarity, interpretability, and safety in symptom guidance, the work has the potential to support earlier engagement with care and more effective communication between patients and clinicians. The long-term goal is to improve health outcomes by reducing uncertainty and delays in care-seeking.
